Before You Apply
A few helpful tips...
> Be ready to name your sponsor - this is an irrevocable decision.
> Questions? Check out this short video on eXp sponsorship.
> If you are joining as a part of an existing agent team, remember to indicate that when
applying.
> You will need the following information:
> Real Estate License Number
> Preferred Method of Commission Disbursement (Personal or Business)
> Direct Deposit Information
> Payment Authorization for the Set-Up Fee
* this is not charged to you until you are active within eXp Realty*
> Which Realtor Association(s) and Multiple Listing Service(s) you wish to be affiliated with

eXp Onboarding Status at any time
Step #1
Submit the Join Application
> Complete the join application here
> You will receive an email titled "Welcome from eXp Realty! Let's get started!"
- This email contains your guest account credentials for the Join Application Dashboard
> If you are joining as a Team Leader, check out the eXp Teams Comparison
- As the Team Leader or Brokerage Owner, upon completion of your Join Application, a member of eXp Realty's Team and Brokerage Integrations will contact you to facilitate your team or brokerage transition and formation with eXp.
- As a Team Member, upon your activation, a member of eXp Realty's Team Services will contact you to address an inquires as a team member.
Sponsor Name will be Jessica Seyersdahl
Step #2
License Verification
> The Onboarding Analyst will review your name and license number on the
state commission website and will verify your license status.
Your information on the Join Application must match your name as licensed
Step #3
Broker Approval
> The Onboarding Analyst will contact the State Broker Team for further
information regarding your license status and eligibility of transfer.
Step #4
Document Completion + ICA Review
> The Onboarding Analyst will be reviewing your completed ICA and
will be contacting you regarding any revisions needed.
> All revision correspondence will be sent from onboarding@exprealty.net
> All paperwork for the revision will be sent from revisions@exprealty.net
- The final four digits of your tax identification number must match on your W-9 form and your Direct Deposit form.
- For guidance on completing your W-9, click here
> Once your ICA is fully executed, you will receive a confirmation text message
> To download your ICA, you can log into your Join App Dashboard using your guest
credentials.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- ALL licenses held by an agent will need to be with eXp Realty.
- Agents' whose spouse is also licensed - the spouse will need to join eXp Realty as well.
Step #5
License Transfer
> The process and timing of
license transfer or activation
varies by state.
> The State Broker Team will
contact you with detailed
instructions on the next steps
of the license transfer process.
Once your license has been
affiliated with eXp Realty, you
will move to the final process
of Onboarding.
Step #6
Becoming an Active Agent with eXp Realty
> The Onboarding Analyst will review your Join Application in full in order
to activate you in the system. You will receive an automated Welcome
Email once you are converted to active status in Enterprise.
> The $149 join fee will be charged within 24-48 hours of being activated.
> Using your Passport Account
> Your "Passport" is your eXp Realty email address and the password
you used when you created an account to complete the Join App
> You will use your Passport credentials to access:
- eXp Enterprise
- eXp World
- SkySlope
- Workplace + Workplace Chat
- Marketing Center
*Your eXp Realty email address is an alias only. It will forward all emails sent to that email address to the email address of your choice*

Workplace Chat
Workplace is a collaborative software for online group work, messaging, video conferencing and news sharing. This allows eXp staff and agents to communicate and share announcements.
